Omnya Growth / TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook / US audiences

Our best account has zero followers.

We do not rent audiences. We build new accounts, write the characters, and let the script earn the views. Then we hand you the numbers to prove it worked.

01 / The work

The output is video. So look at the video.

A sample of content from live campaigns, posted to accounts that started at zero followers.

Every post here ran on an account we built from zero. None of it went out to a creator's existing following, and none of it was boosted before it earned its audience. Tap a tile to open the original post.

02 / The argument

The follower count is the most overpriced number in marketing.

A creator with 800,000 followers gets scrolled past. A stranger telling a story does not.

So we stopped buying audiences. Every account we run opens at zero, and the only thing carrying it is the script. That is harder, and it is the reason the content reads as a person rather than an ad. It also means your results belong to you instead of to whoever we rented that month.

03 / Scope

You give us the product. We give you a channel.

Most agencies hand you creators and leave. Omnya runs the whole line: casting, scripting, production, posting, paid licensing, and the reporting your data team will actually accept.

Creator sourcingVetted roster, shortlisted per brief. You pick from our recommendations.
Briefing and scriptingWritten in-house. The script is where the performance comes from.
ProductionHigh volume, native to the platform, shot by the creator.
Posting and account opsWe build, warm, and run the accounts. Daily cadence.
Spark Ads licensingOrganic winners become paid creative with the original engagement intact.
Attribution reportingViews, engagement, and downstream effect, tracked per post and per creator.
Creative testingAngles and characters tested against each other before budget follows.
Roster managementCreators rotate in and out on performance, not on contract length.

04 / Method

Fresh accounts. Written performances. Volume with a control group.

Audiences trust a small account more than an influencer. So we do not rent someone's following. We build new accounts with zero followers and make them work through the script, the cadence, and the warm-up. Order matters here, so this is the order.

Nine posts from one account: three at 1.3M, 1.9M and 4.1M views, the next three at 1,323, 1,478 and 1,248
One account, one creator, one format

This is the whole argument for volume. Same account, same creator, same format: three posts at 1.3M, 1.9M and 4.1M views, and the three directly underneath at 1,323, 1,478 and 1,248.

You cannot pick the winner in advance. So you buy enough shots that the winners show up, then put the budget behind the ones that already earned an audience. How many land per month depends on the category and the campaign.

01

Build the accounts

Brand new accounts, zero followers, warmed until the algorithm knows who to serve them to. Omnya owns and operates them, so nothing about your campaign depends on one creator's personal audience.

02

Cast the characters

A creator is not a logo placement. They play a character we script: the skeptic, the switcher, the person who found the thing at 2am. We shortlist from the roster, you choose who runs.

03

Test angles for four weeks

The opening month exists to find which character and which angle converts. Approvals happen at the script stage, so you can kill an idea before anyone films it.

04

Run volume, including sneak ads

Five to fifteen videos per creator per week. Mixed in are videos that read as a real rant or story with the product sitting naturally inside, which keeps the accounts out of the pure-ad-page bucket and shows the product the way a user would talk about it.

05

Rotate on performance

Creators are tested, then kept, rested, or swapped. You can pull anyone mid-campaign. Bonuses are tied to view thresholds, so the roster is paid to make things travel, not to fill a quota.

06

License the winners into paid

Content that earns its audience organically gets licensed as Spark Ads, carrying its real engagement into paid. Your best creative is discovered, not commissioned.

05 / Results

Four campaigns. Every number, not just the flattering ones.

Engagement rate is engagements divided by views, on the platform named. Engagement varies by market and category: US TikTok campaigns run highest, worldwide and niche-category campaigns run lower. We will show you the per-campaign numbers, not just the best one.

How it starts

Before signing

We produce demo videos on your product at no cost. You see our work on your own thing before any money moves.

Weeks 1 to 4

Accounts built and warmed. Characters and angles tested against each other to find what converts for your category.

Week 5 onward

Winners scaled, creators rotated on performance, and the top performers licensed into Spark Ads so paid inherits proven creative.

08 / Questions

The hard questions, answered up front.

You were going to ask anyway. Better you get the answers now than spend a call on them.

Do creators post from their own accounts?

No. Every account is new, starts at zero followers, and is built and warmed by us. Audiences trust a small account more than they trust an influencer, and the script does the work the following would have done.

Who owns the accounts?

We do. If a campaign ends they go dormant. They are not transferred to the creator, and they are not handed to the client.

What if a creator is not working?

You can pull anyone mid-campaign. We test creators and rotate them in or out on performance rather than on contract length.

What do we get to approve?

Scripts, not finished videos. You can kill an idea before anyone films it. Once a creator has filmed and been paid, that video runs.

How do you stop the accounts reading as ad pages?

We mix in content that plays as a real story or rant with the product sitting naturally inside it. Accounts that post nothing but ads get throttled, so the ratio matters.

How is engagement rate calculated?

Engagements divided by views, on the platform named. We report it per post and per creator, not as a single blended number.

What do you need from us?

Product access, your positioning and any guardrails, and one person who can approve scripts quickly. Creators are on retainer and post daily, so slow approvals cost you output.

Can you work alongside our paid team?

Yes. That is usually the point. Organic finds the creative that works, then the winners get licensed into paid rather than briefed from scratch.

09 / Who runs it

Operators who have already done it at scale.

Omnya is run by people who worked inside consumer apps during the growth, not alongside it.

Growth

From the original BeReal team

Operators who were inside the team that took the app past 50 million downloads. They know what an actual breakout looks like from the inside, and what is noise.

Accounts

Account leads from the Retro app team

Account management from a consumer app in the millions of users and expanding worldwide. They run client campaigns the way a product team runs a roadmap.

Roster

100+ vetted creators, actively managed

Held on retainer, posting daily, tested and rotated on results. Not a marketplace you browse, a bench we coach.

Data

Reporting built for scrutiny

Every post logged across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, with engagement rate defined plainly as engagements divided by views. We work alongside media mix modeling partners when a client wants spend-level attribution.

10 / For creators

You do not need a following to work with us. We cast for range, not reach. Creators on the Omnya roster are on retainer, post daily against scripts we write, and earn bonuses when a video travels. If you can act, you can work here.

No following required. We cast for range.
